We are always available to troubleshoot and resolve any questions, or concerns you may have. We understand that campaigns can be stressful. Our timing can be imperfect at times because we are real people working to get you the growth you deserve. If you ever notice that your campaign is slipping, or not up to your liking just reach out to us! We totally understand and will have your account manager mobilize the team to make sure we are staying on track! We haven't had any issues with previous campaigns, and we hold ourselves to a pretty high standard. If something is wrong we WANT to hear from you!
Privacy & Safety
Due to the spike in stream activity and breadth of growth a lot of users experience, we are obligated to notify all customers that Spotify does monitor Artist Activity. Irregularities are picked up by Spotify, but in this case it is often to your benefit. A large influx of new listeners and a spike in streams often lands new artists on Discover Weekly, and Release Radar for new and old songs! We want all Artists to be aware of the fact that Spotify reserves the right to make changes to the status of your artist profile, and that we do not work for, and are not in any way associated with Spotify.
Stream team Inquiries
We are always interested in growing our team in order to open up more campaigns for artists. If you have an active Spotify account with a significant amount of followers we may have an opportunity for you to join our team! Active playlists with large followings, and an engaged community of followers on the Streaming Platform are both essential to be selected as a stream team member. If you think you might qualify, don't be afraid to reach out!
